Cancellation Policy

JNL Aesthetics – Booking Policy 1. Consultation Requirement All aesthetic treatments are subject to a doctor-led consultation prior to treatment. For prescription-only treatments (including anti-wrinkle injections), a medical assessment is required before prescription and administration. Treatment will only be provided where clinically appropriate. Booking an appointment does not guarantee treatment. 2. Suitability & Medical Disclosure Patients must provide accurate and complete medical information prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant medical history may result in treatment being postponed or declined. JNL Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not considered clinically appropriate. 3. Deposits & Payments A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if adequate notice is provided (see cancellation policy below). Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit. Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may require full prepayment for future bookings. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This ensures adequate time for safe consultation and treatment. 6. Results & Expectations All aesthetic treatments carry risks and results vary between individuals. No guarantees can be made regarding outcomes. A full discussion of risks, benefits and alternatives will take place during consultation. 7. Aftercare & Follow-Up Patients must follow aftercare instructions provided. Follow-up appointments should be attended where recommended. 8. Age Requirement All patients must be 18 years or older for aesthetic treatments. Proof of identification may be requested.
